SPRING FLING IS STILL ON! All activities will be relocated indoors! It is recommended to avoid parking in the grassy areas, especially the grass closest to the gym. We look forward to seeing all of our Deer Park families this evening from 5:30-7:00 tonight.
Solar Eclipse 2024
Josh Whitehead, an agent from KY Farm Bureau, came to Deer Park to read a story to Mrs. Bartlett’s class to celebrate National Ag Day. Thanks for spending time with us!
Big Rivers Electric came to Deer Park to talk to the 4th grade students about electricity and energy. They brought their high voltage demonstration table and model steam engines. The students got to experience a hands-on connection to what they have been learning in the classroom.
Congratulations to our STLP team. They went to Lexington yesterday to compete in the state competition. The "Ranger Reality" yearbook project made it to the 3rd round! Way to represent the Rangers!

Brad Reynolds from Real Science presented his Creepy, Crawly, Slimy Scaly program for the 1st and 2nd grade. The students and staff enjoyed learning about the animals he showed us!

Today we honored former Ranger, Jackson Roark, by dropping everything and reading for 16 minutes! Reading was one of his favorite pastimes and we are glad we got to remember him today on his 16th birthday!
