Mrs. Darlene and her crew are making sure they squeeze in more fun before summer hits! The kids have enjoyed some inflatable time and Kona Ice!

Katy Vogel asked Ms. Belcher, DPES art teacher, to do a special art project. She and her mother wanted to give Judge Castlen encouragement to remind people to keep litter off the streets and ground. Here they are pictured presenting their projects to the judge! We are proud of you Katy!

Mrs. Reed and Mrs. Corbett have joined forces all week for some cardio drumming! We aren’t sure which number was higher: the amount of smiles or the kids heart rate!

Big Rivers Electric came to Deer Park to talk to the 4th grade students about electricity and energy. They brought their high voltage demonstration table and model steam engines. The students got to experience a hands-on connection to what they have been learning in the classroom.

Congratulations to our STLP team. They went to Lexington yesterday to compete in the state competition. The "Ranger Reality" yearbook project made it to the 3rd round! Way to represent the Rangers!

Congratulations to our March Ranger Role Models for RESPECT. They demonstrated kindness and good manners throughout the month.
