Mrs. Thomas's 7th grade math class learned about ratios using Shrinkidinks. They concluded that the company's claims of pre-shrunk to post-shrunk material being a 1/3 ratio was not mathematically accurate. And they had fun along the way!






Eighth-grade BMS tech students visited OCTC this week to learn about all they have to offer in the Tech Ed field. Thank you OCTC for hosting us!

Students in Mrs. Boaz and Ms. Hundley-Batts's class listen to Mr. Stone read a scene from "Canterbury Tales."


Art teacher Mrs. Huffman proudly shows off the Mesoamerican Art tree for the Holiday Forest at the Owensboro Museum of Fine Art. The ornaments are examples of Olmec sculpture and pottery made by BMS students.

Congratulations to our first semester Girls on the Run club for their 5K run in Louisville this weekend! We are so proud of the work they have put in to get to this accomplishment!




Congratulations to our Cheer Team on their first place Game Day Champions win at regionals yesterday with a score of 98.5!


Our Annual Food Drive begins this week at BMS! All non-perishable food items and hygiene products are welcome!



Congratulations to BMS dance team who won 3rd place in the Dance Team Union competition last week!
