🎁❄️ It’s almost time for the Meadow Lands Elementary Holiday Shop! ❄️🎁
Our students are so excited to shop for their loved ones, and we need amazing volunteers to help make this special event run smoothly!

From December 15th–19th, students will visit the Holiday Shop to pick out thoughtful gifts — and volunteers play a huge part in making the experience magical. ✨

We’re looking for helpers for roles such as:
🛍️ Checkout Cashiers
🎁 Checkout Baggers
📦 Shop Stockers
🌟 Student Shopping Assistants (help students budget and select gifts!)

🇺🇸 We are excited for our Veterans Day Assembly tomorrow! 🇺🇸 Our annual ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 PM, and we kindly ask all guests to arrive by 11:45 AM to get seated and ready for this special event. Please feel free to enter through the front or back doors. Veterans will have the opportunity to march in with their MLES family member and sit with their child or grandchild during the ceremony. Following the program, guests are invited to stay and enjoy a snack together. We look forward to honoring and celebrating our Veterans with our Meadow Lands community! ❤️💙🤍

At Meadow Lands, we know there is a time for learning and a time for fun. Today, we did both!! Students came dressed in their Halloween costumes ready to learn. We ended our day with a 9 Week Assembly to celebrate students' hard work and effort. What a great day and a Happy Halloween!!

Don't forget tomorrow is our MLES Dining Out Night at Chick-fil-a from 4:00 - 7:00. All orders must be placed through the app and select the toggle for "Community Care Event". Meadow Lands will receive 15% of all proceeds from the event! Enjoy some chicken and support MLES!

It was a wonderful morning at Meadow Lands Elementary School! During our morning assembly, we recognized and celebrated some amazing students ahead of the ANNUAL BUDDY WALK tomorrow! The Buddy Walk is a free event with tons of fun and activities for the whole family!

Learning is coming alive today in the Meadow! Students are conducting experiments to understand erosion and are collaborating to create a presentation on famous African American Athletes. We have the best students and staff around!

A huge thank you to Owensboro Nutrition for the yummy Frog Themed tea for our staff today. 🐸

It's finally here- the Frog Frolic Family Dance is tomorrow night! Don't worry about cooking and grab the family and come out starting at 5:30 for a meal, dancing with a live DJ and even the Book Fair will be open until 7:30- See you there!
