Students from the DCHS Juntos club are working to create connections with younger students across the district through their Nos conectamos events, meaning "we connect."
Members of the club visited East View Elementary to read and play games with other English Learner students and create connections.

Happy Saturday, EV Families,
I wanted to take a minute to SHOUTOUT our Academic Team! They competed today at South Hancock Elementary School. Overall, we placed in 2nd! Quick Recall placed 1st and Future Problem Solvers placed 2nd! Many of our students placed in the written assessments as well! We now move on to Regionals in March! It was a beautiful day for our Shining Suns!
SHOUTOUT to the Academic Team coaches as well ‑ Mrs. Barnard, Mrs. Millay, and Mrs. Miller! Way to go East View! This is evidence of us striving to get better each day!
