The girls' and boys' basketball games of AHS vs DCHS on Friday, January 10, 2025, at Apollo have been canceled. A make-up date has yet to be determined for these games.

As a reminder, Christmas Break is almost here! DCPS schools will be closed from December 19 - January 6 .
Today, 12.5.24, materials will be distributed for DCPS@Home for this school year. A separate communication will be sent out when a school day is canceled/delayed. The district plans for Grades Pre-K - 5 to utilize the folder sent home for assignments. Grades 6-12 will complete assignments through an online resource that can be found at DCPS.org. All grades can reference their assignments on the district website. As a reminder, as of 12.5.24, 0 Snow/NTI days have been called by DCPS.

Today, the Kentucky Department of Education announced the recipients of the College Success Award from GreatSchools.org. Daviess County High School has been named one of the 31 high schools in the state of Kentucky. This honor is for public high schools that excel at preparing students to enroll and succeed in college, as determined by available data in each state. Congratulations, DCHS!
