This Friday we will have a Buddy Walk at SOES! Students can bring in their spare change to donate towards the Green River Area Down Syndrome Association!

It is time for the Book Character Pumpkin Contest! An information sheet went home today with the entry form. You can bring in pumpkins between October 16th-20th!
High Attendance Day was filled with our school colors, crazy hair, hats, prizes every hour, face paint, paper airplane races & fun had by ALL! So much fun that we won the highest attendance award at DCPS! #stallionpride

Wednesday, September 13th is our state wide High Attendance Day! This day is a reminder to everyone of how important a child's attendance reflects upon their academic success. Please help your child be at school ALL DAY Wednesday! It's going to be a great day filled with LOTS OF FUN!

We can't wait to see everyone that comes to the Multicultural Festival tomorrow, Saturday, Aug. 19 from 10AM -4PM. This is a free community event. We will have a table with members from our Mental Health team there.

We are excited for another great school year in DCPS!
The Annual Stuff the Bus campaign this year for DCPS and OPS will be held Monday, July 31 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Representatives from both Davies County and Owensboro Public Schools districts will be on-site at both Owensboro Walmart locations (Hwy 54 and Frederica St.). You can deliver your supplies to either location as they will be split between the two school districts.
If you are unable to make it during the event, supplies can be dropped off at either district's Central Office location.
