🐸💻 Some of our Meadow Lands Frogs hopped all the way to Rupp Arena for the STLP State Competition!
We are so proud of our team of 19 students who represented our school in a BIG way—presenting 3 projects, showcasing Creative Digital Arts (CDA) entries, and competing in live challenges throughout the day. Their hard work, creativity, and leadership truly shined!
A special shoutout to one of our CDA projects for earning 🥈 2nd place in the entire STATE in the Feature Video category—what an incredible accomplishment!
These students (along with Mrs. Fitz, Ms. Stewart, and Mrs. Scott) have dedicated countless hours all year (and even last year!) to grow their skills in technology and leadership, and it showed. We had a blast learning, collaborating, and making memories together.

We are so proud of four of our talented Meadow Lands Elementary students who traveled to Henderson on Saturday to participate in the Elementary District 2 Honors Choir performance! 💚
These students joined voices with other outstanding singers from DCPS, OPS, Henderson County Schools, and Hopkins County Schools for a beautiful and memorable performance. What an incredible opportunity to grow, collaborate, and shine!

Sad that spring break is almost over? Don't worry, we have some exciting news! Next week on Thursday, April 16th is Meadow Lands Dining Out Night at Chick-fil-A on Highway 54. Use the app to order dine in, drive thru, or carry out. Turn the "community cares event" toggle to YES to support Meadow Lands Elementary. A portion of all the profits from that night will be returned to Meadow Lands. We can't wait to see you there!
Please join me in congratulating Mrs. Amy Bell for being named the next Assistant Principal of Meadow Lands. Mrs. Bell brings an extensive knowledge of leadership, instruction, management, and behavior to the position. She has some amazing ideas that will lead Meadow Lands into the future. Mrs. Bell is currently serving as the instructional coach at Meadow Lands Elementary. She will begin her new position on July 1st.
