It's hard to believe that the summer is almost over! It's time to welcome the new Eagles to the Nest and welcome the seasoned Eagles back home!
On Thursday, July 30th from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, you and your student(s) may stop by Apollo High School to do a variety of things which are listed below.
There are a couple of very important things that you must do before coming to campus.
1.) Complete the online registration for the 2026-2027 school year. If you do not have a way to do this, show up early and we will have our computer lab open and friendly folks to help you.
2.) Fill out the Free/Reduced application online. The applications MUST be filled out every year. They only roll over for a few weeks, then if you have not submitted a new application your student will be switched to self-pay.
Now the fun stuff.... the list below are some things that you will be able to do wwhile you are here.
Pay School Fees or Set up a Payment Plan
Pick up your student's schedule
Put money in lunch accounts
Get a student class t-shirt
Get a student ID (incoming Freshmen & New Students to AHS)
Get a FREE goodie back that is a drawstring backpack with a folder, paper, pens and pencils inside
Meet with Hannah Ebelhar our Family Resource Youth Service Coordinator
Tour the Agriculture Classrooms
Tour the Engineering Classrooms
Get a laptop (incoming Freshmen & New Students to AHS)
Walk around and find your classrooms
Visit with Coaches & Players from some of our Athletic Teams
Visit with Club Sponsors & Students from some of our Amazing Clubs.
Pre-order your 26-27 Yearbook
Speak with Bus Transportation Representatives
Buy some Apollo Swag
Get a snack
At 5:00 pm - all incoming Freshmen & Parents are invited to a meeting in the main gym and then students will be able to get a tour of their classes from some of our upper classmen Leading Eagles or families can walk together to find their classes.
