The Apollo FFA Chapter had members compete in numerous contests at the 96th KY FFA Convention at Rupp Arena in June. These students had to qualify by placing 1st or 2nd in the Green RIver Region Contests.

**Jansen Glenn was a State Finalist (Top 5) for Star in Agricultural Placement, based on his work with his SAE Project, Glenn Farms
**Ashlynn Browning placed 1st in the state in Poultry Public Speaking. The award was sponsored by the KY Poultry Federation. She qualified for the state contest by placing 1st at the Green RIver Region Contest in the spring. Ashlynnn competed against over 20 other FFA members who qualified, from across the state, to receive this honor.
