Owensboro, KY - Daviess County Public Schools is proud to announce that Sarah Velotta, Principal of Audubon Elementary School has been selected to participate in the esteemed Leadership Institute for School Principals, organized by the Kentucky Chamber Foundation.

The Leadership Institute for School Principals is a distinguished program aimed at enhancing the leadership skills and capabilities of school principals across the state of Kentucky. The rigorous selection process identifies exemplary educational leaders who demonstrate a commitment to driving positive change within their schools and communities.

Mrs. Velotta was chosen from a competitive pool of candidates for their outstanding leadership qualities, dedication to student success, and innovative approaches to educational leadership. As an advocate for excellence in education, Velotta has continuously strived to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students, faculty, and staff at Audubon Elementary School.
