The mission of the Human Resources Department of DCPS is to recruit, select, and retain a high level of excellence of educators. HR also works through teamwork and communication to provide excellent benefits and adequate coverage when teachers or staff are absent and serve employee-related issues for all levels of employment in DCPS.
