Todd Anderson is the senior vice president at Assured Partners and has served on boards of many community service organizations. He has a business degree from Western Kentucky University and earned certification as a Certified Insurance Counselor in 1991. He joined the DCPS Board in 2017. He and his wife Joy have two children.

James Morgan

James Morgan was an agriculture/horticulture teacher for DCPS for 30 years before retiring in 2008 after a 31-year career in education. He holds a Rank I from Western Kentucky University. He joined the Board in 2019. He and his wife Gayle have two children and three grandchildren.

Frank G. Riney III

Frank Riney has served as a member of the DCPS Board of Education since 1977 and is the longest-serving Board of Education member in Kentucky.  He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Brescia College and is retired from Hartz Construction Co.  Mr. Riney and his wife Moggie have five children and three grandchildren. 

Dr. Tom Payne

Dr. Tom Payne, a lifelong educator dedicated to the needs of families through education, earned his doctorate in education from Vanderbilt University.  He retired from DCPS in 2009 and joined the Board in 2015.  He and his wife Amy have three children and nine grandchildren.

Dale Stewart

Dale Stewart has worked in education for 39 years, serving the students of DCPS for 29 years. He was named Kentucky High School Principal of the Year in 1997 and 2001. He has a Rank I from WKU and has served as a director at a local bank since 1997. He joined the Board in 2017. He and his wife Jane have three children and five grandchildren.
