Welcome to Burns Middle School, the home of the Foxes!  Burns Middle School has a distinguished history and an even greater future!  Burns Middle School has been recognized internationally (Inviting School Award 2010), nationally (National School to Watch 2005, 21st Century School of Distinction Finalist 2004, NASSP Highly Successful Middle School 2004 and more), and statewide (Kentucky Schools to Watch 2004 and 2008, Distinguished School 2013 & 2016).  We are very proud of our history and we are tremendously excited about our future.  Our goal is to prepare our students to be the leaders of tomorrow by building unique relationships in order to nurture successful students!  Keep a close eye on the Foxes, we are going to be the best middle school we can be for our students, our parents, our staff and our community!!!!  It's a great day to be a Fox!  Go Foxes!!!
