2022 D-League Informational Flyer

Registration Fee is $65 per player & $55 for each additional child in the same household.

This form must be completed by September 15th or until the league enrollment is full.  After September 15th, all players will be placed on a waiting list but they WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED a spot on a team roster.

JOIN US SEPTEMBER 25th FROM 4:30 PM - 5:45 PM AT DAVIESS COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL FOR OUR D-LEAGUE COMBINE/EVALUATION!  The combine/evaluation will be for grades 2nd - 5th boys & 2nd - 6th girls. 

If you are willing to coach, there will be a coaches meeting at Daviess County High School, on September 25th in the cafeteria at 6 pm.  If you can not attend, please notify Grant Griffin at grant.griffin@daviess.kyschools.us
