Mr. Mike Clark
Mike Clark has been a professional educator in public and parochial schools as a high school chemistry teacher and a principal at all levels for 47 years. He retired from DCPS in 2000 and joined the Board in 2011. He holds a Rank I from WKU. He and wife Rose have three children.
Dr. Tom Payne
Dr. Tom Payne, a lifelong educator dedicated to the needs of families through education, earned his doctorate in education from Vanderbilt University. He retired from DCPS in 2009 and joined the Board in 2015. He and his wife Amy have three children and are also foster parents.
Mr. Frank G. Riney, III
Mr. Riney has served as a member of the DCPS Board of Education since 1977. He earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Brescia College and is retired from Hartz Construction Co. Mr. Riney and his wife Moggie have five children and three grandchildren.
Todd Anderson is the senior vice president at Assured Partners and has served on boards of many community service organizations. He has a business degree from Western Kentucky University and earned certification as a Certified Insurance Counselor in 1991. He joined the DCPS Board in 2017. He and his wife Joy have two children.
