You will be given a log in and password to complete registration online. Parents who are not sure which school district their family lives in may visit www.dcps.org and select “Parents,” then click on “Street Search” or call 852-7000.

Is this the first year your child has attended Daviess County Public Schools?

If the answer to that question is YES, you will need the following things before the first day of school.  (You may take them to registration if you wish.):

   -  Copy of birth certificate

    -  Copy of Social Security card

   - Physical examination form

    - Immunization Certificate

   - Vision examination by a doctor

   - Dental examination by a dentist

If the answer to that question is NO, the items listed above are already on file from last year.  However, you may need to check to see if your child’s immunizations are up to date. Click here to view the latest immunization requirements.
